Meet Heidi, our Branch Manager and Clinician for our Tauranga branch. From here, we service the Bay of Plenty & Waikato Regions.

Who are you?
I am a registered nurse with over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. I am a proud nana of five and very family orientated. I strongly believe in treating not just the client, but their whole family, with compassion, respect, and understanding. Supporting people and their loved ones through their healthcare journey is something I’m truly passionate about.

If you had your last meal, what would it be?
It would have to be fresh snapper from Ōmokoroa Harbour — simple, fresh, and best enjoyed with family. You can’t beat local and good company.

CARE CONSULTANT – KNEALLA

Meet Knealla, our Care Consultant for our Tauranga branch. From here, we service the Bay of Plenty & Waikato Regions.

Who are you?
Kia ora, ko Knealla Kahurangi Te Hiko tōku ingoa.

My mother is Ngāti Porou, and my father is Ngāti Raukawa.

I was born and raised on my whānau whenua, Ōngāroto Pā and Ātiamuri Village, surrounded by a large and loving whānau, before moving to Melbourne, Australia at the age of 7. After 21 years living in Melbourne, I recently moved home to Aotearoa in 2024. I now live in Tauranga Moana with my little whānau.

My background is in healthcare, and since returning to Aotearoa, I have been working in the homecare sector.

Outside of work, my life is centered around whānau.
